This is currently the case at Märtens and so we are delighted that Lara Bahls, née Sandt, is back on board. Or as she says herself: with a new name and a lot of joy! The last year and a half have been exciting for Lara, as she got married and took on a new name. But the even bigger adventure began with the birth of her baby daughter.

A new and a familiar face
Growth for our team
Lara is now returning to our HR department from parental leave. And that's doubly great, because she is now sharing the position with Anika Pioch, who was a competent deputy during Lara's absence. Welcome back, dear Lara!
We also welcome Lars Hermann-Thordsen as the new Head of Finance and Controlling at Märtens. The 45-year-old is married, has two children and brings a lot of experience and a breath of fresh air to our department. In his free time, he enjoys being active - whether running, cycling or camping with his family.
Since joining Märtens, Lars has particularly appreciated the variety of work, the impressive vertical integration of our company and the friendly and collegial teamwork. It's great to have you with us, dear Lars, and we're looking forward to our time together!
