The Argentinian confectionery manufacturer - La Delicia Felipe Fort S.A. (Felfort) - wanted to receive further training in the field of "welding plastic straps". Miguel Proto, the plant manager, and his son Julian travelled to Flensburg for individual training.
During the workshop, our experts enabled the participants to carry out strap assembly directly at Felfort themselves in future and to offer such welding work as their own service in their regional area of Buenos Aires.
Handling the finger punch, which is used to prepare for the welding process, and the welding press itself requires specialist knowledge and technical skills. The training course therefore combined theoretical principles relating to the operation, maintenance and use of the machine with practical exercises. In this way, we achieved a holistic understanding of our technology in order to ensure the best possible work results for our customers.
Our welding presses are also characterised by their low weight, easy handling and even temperature distribution. The compact design with integrated control, air cooling and compressor as well as the short heating and cooling time also enable flexible use and transport. This means that all customer requirements can be met.
We would like to thank engineer Miguel A. L. Proto and Julian A. Proto from Felfort for the intensive workshop day and their commitment.
