New and familiar faces at Märtens
Erika Wannagat is a qualified office administrator and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, which she most recently demonstrated in the accounts department of a haulage company. At Märtens, she has found the ideal environment in which to build on this. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two sons and being outdoors: gardening, cycling and walks in the countryside give her a new lease of life. Dear Erika, we wish you a great start and look forward to working with you!

The name Nadine Lilje stands for controlling with passion and a broad overview. For a decade now, she has been putting her love of numbers into practice at Märtens, thereby creating transparency, structure and a sound basis for decision-making. The cross-departmental collaboration with her colleagues offers her the variety she needs. It is precisely this mix of analytical depth and personal interaction that makes her job exciting for her – and Nadine so valuable to us.
Outside the office, the mother of two is also kept busy: she is passionate about horse riding. Her horses provide the perfect balance to her work and allow her to recharge her batteries. With her dedication, precision and positive attitude, Nadine is a valuable pillar of our team. Dear Nadine, it’s great to have you on board and we hope you’ll stay with us for a long time to come!
