One example of where chic embossing works particularly well is on fine chocolates. On request, we can produce PU belts with elegant floral elements or other ornaments so that the pattern is transferred to the base of the products. Since this summer, we have been offering the NP14 embossing, a delicate floral pattern that is particularly suitable for small treats. We offer this embossing for belts up to 320 mm wide.
However, it is even more individualised with your own logo. Based on your company logo, we produce an embossing roller with a width of up to 1,600 mm to then manufacture the required conveyor belt. This turns your products into real eye-catchers and makes them stand out from the competition.
By the way: We also offer other customised products for our PU conveyor belt. Lasered perforations, woven-in carbon fibres for an antistatic effect, impregnation, micro-embossing or special coatings are all possible.
