Separating belts from Märtens are used to bring products together or to separate them. Any number of product rows can be conveyed, the change of a row spacing is done by the forced guidance of the separating belt with a special link chain. With two novelties we now extend our product range.

Expanding conveyor system with variable spreading
Our tried-and-tested spreading system is now also available with variably adjustable product spacing - whether for enlarging or reducing. This product is used in processes upstream of enrobing or packaging lines as well as in "pick-and-place" applications. The spreading range can be adjusted either manually or motor-driven from 0 to 30%. Another advantage of this design is the small deflection diameter of only 40 mm, an aspect that is particularly important for transporting small products.

Separating belt LW
In addition to our separating belt material, which has proven itself over decades, we have now developed a new separating belt which, in addition to its proven separating properties on our lines, now also has a reduced force absorption. This results in significantly improved ease of installation, which in turn reduces downtimes during belt changes.
