Wide spiral link belts from Märtens

Small gifts keep friendships alive - and small treats whet the appetite for more. However, a few points need to be taken into account when producing the mini appetisers.

Whether baking, cooling or enrobing, the right conveyor belt must be carefully selected to prevent products with very compact dimensions from falling off. Our customer used a rod network belt in an existing cooling line. Now very small biscuits were to be transported, but even with the smallest dimensions of a bar mesh belt, products could fall through the openings. As a solution, our sales representative Frank Herold recommended that the customer replace the rod network belt with a wide spiral link belts with a small pitch and pitch. Due to the small pitch of the wide spiral link belts, biscuits could no longer fall through, making production more efficient.
