This annual event is one of the most important platforms for the food processing, packaging technology and ingredients industries. No wonder that visitors from all over the world travelled to the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre - Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) again this year to meet, exchange ideas and network. And there were plenty of opportunities to do so: In addition to the exhibition area, there was an inspiring supporting programme with lectures, workshops and competitions. The ideal opportunity to make or strengthen contacts and to track down the latest trends and industry developments!

Gulfood: How the trade fair went for Märtens
Of course, our sales team also travelled to the Arabian Peninsula to present our company and our products. Particularly exciting: our youngest family member CSS Belts was also there, so that we were able to introduce ourselves to the specialist audience in Dubai together.
The focus was also on metal conveyor belts and our plastic conveyor belts. Our expanding conveyor systems with variably adjustable product spacing and the matching separating belts were also in great demand.
Overall, we can draw a positive conclusion: our solutions and offers met with a great deal of interest and we were able to hold some promising discussions that we now need to intensify. We are looking forward to seeing what exciting projects will develop from this!
By the way: The trade fair year is not over yet. Our team will soon be heading to Cairo, where pacprocess MEA will open its doors on 9 December.
