At Märtens conveyor belts, we have always known that the details make all the difference! This applies not only to the application-specific design of our belts, but also to our conveyor belt accessories. These perfectly complement our product range, ensure smooth operation and make your day-to-day work easier.
Our sprockets, made from steel, stainless steel or plastic – the latter of which is even detectable by metal detectors – are supplied made-to-measure, precisely in line with the requirements of your system or the dimensions of the belt, shaft or drum motor.
For inclined or sloped conveyors, as well as for separating products, we offer our carriers, which are also available made-to-measure in all shapes and colours from Märtens. These are manufactured from polyamide using 3D printing or from stainless steel. They withstand both heat and cold and are, of course, approved for contact with food.
We also stock transfer rollers, available as plastic profiles, as well as connecting elements such as tubes or rods for our wire mesh belts.
Would you like to join plastic conveyor belts end-to-end? Our welding press is easy to use thanks to its light weight and even temperature distribution. The same applies to the mobile finger punching machines, which allow you to create finger joints in any belt width directly on site in your production facility.
For cleaning your PU- or silicone-coated conveyor belts, we recommend Märtens Cleaner. Whether it’s grease, oil or dirt: ready to use in a handy spray bottle, it ensures reliable hygiene in no time.
