Even though we are always on the move: With our colleagues, we rely on continuity! So it is not uncommon - and yet always special - that employees celebrate a long service anniversary. Among them is Elsbeth Czerwonka, who was part of the Märtens team for 22 years almost to the day. On 01.07.2000 was her first working day with us. As personnel administrator she always had an open ear for the concerns of the employees and was always happy to help. On 31.07.2022, Ms. Czerwonka now entered her well-deserved retirement. She is looking forward to much more time with her grandchildren and great travels with her husband.
