There will be no problems within your system due to the 0.1 mm increase in diameter. Good to know: Existing sprockets or transfer rollers can also continue to be used without restriction. Furthermore, we assume that this change will also lead to an increase in service life.
Rod network belts from Märtens
Hygienic and easy to install: our rod network belts are true all-rounders and one of the flagships of our product portfolio. Thanks to their permeable structure, they are suitable for enrobing, glazing and scattering processes. The rod mesh belts can also withstand temperatures from -80° C to +280° C, so baking, cooling or freezing are no problem for this product category.
Our rod network belts are generally available in three categories:
- ECO - the economical version for standard applications
- ELT (Extended Life Time) - additional short individual meshes provide additional nodes and increased stability
- Curved rod mesh belt - for direction changes and curve transport
