Start of training at Märtens

On to professional life!

The starting signal for a new, exciting phase of life: At Märtens, young colleagues will also begin their training or dual studies in 2023. We are very happy about this!

The training of young people has always been a high priority for us in the company. We want to provide our trainees with a high-quality apprenticeship in both the technical and commercial fields, during which they not only learn all the necessary basics for their future careers, but also develop themselves further.

We are therefore delighted to be able to welcome some new faces at the start of this year's training program! They include Lea Foese, who is completing her training as a mechatronics technician with us, and the future industrial mechanic Cedric Leuchter. A warm welcome to the team!

In addition, two colleagues are starting dual studies: Starting in October, Mats Hoffmann-Timm will join us, earning two degrees in one. His dual study program in business administration comprises a 2.5-year apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration after three years.

Fynn-Niklas Leibel is also taking up a dual course of study in industrial engineering to obtain a Bachelor of Sciences degree. Incidentally, he is not an unfamiliar face, as he was previously an apprentice industrial mechanic in our workshop. Some time ago, he gave us a detailed interview and told us how he came to Märtens:
