Sometimes narrow-meshed, sometimes wide-meshed, sometimes made of round wire, sometimes flat wire, our conveyor belts and metal conveyor belts are exemplary at lasting a long time and transporting their load.
From frying to freezing, our wide spiral link belts with their permeable construction and straight run prove to be a durable choice - whether in stainless steel or in various steel grades.
Our loop joined wire belt with its typical permeable construction is made from wire eyelets and smooth cross bars. At the same time, it is very stable and therefore suitable for conveying heavy products on conveyor belts.
If high tensile forces are involved, we at Märtens recommend our tight spiral link belts, which also score highly in terms of straight running.
For lighter products, the inexpensive wire mesh belt is well suited, the segments of which are easily connected with rods.
As its name suggests, our flat-rolled oven belt is optimised for use on conveyor belts and conveyor belts in ovens. A smooth baking surface is just as important here as the distribution of heat or the reduction of baking times thanks to its low thickness.
