Sprockets for rod network belt

Rod network belts are driven by shafts with sprockets. These are sized specifically for the dimensions of the rod network belt, shaft or drum motor, ensuring an optimum belt run. The sprockets can be plastic, steel or stainless steel, depending on the application and temperature range. We use a special plastic for our sprockets that makes them detectable by metal detectors. Even the smallest fragments can readily be detected during ongoing production, reducing the amount of product that needs to be disposed of if there is a breakage.
