Conveyor belts with polyurethane coating offer particularly high hygienic safety and process reliability in the food industry. The extremely smooth, dense PU surface of the conveyor belts is not only very easy to clean, but also particularly resistant to microbial deposits, ensuring consistently high hygiene even with demanding products and frequent cleaning cycles.
Thanks to their excellent abrasion and tear resistance, PU conveyor belts are also ideal for applications involving intensive mechanical stress and guarantee a long, stable service life. At the same time, the material remains flexible enough to cope with even the smallest deflection radii without any problems – an advantage especially in compact or highly dynamic conveyor processes. Polyurethane is also tasteless and odourless, making it ideal for direct contact with sensitive foods.
Available in EU and FDA-compliant versions, PU conveyor belts offer particularly high-quality, durable and hygienic solutions for modern production lines where reliability and product purity are paramount.

Our PU conveyor belts are made of polyester fabric, which is available in either colourless or coloured versions on request. Märtens can also carry out special impregnations for you. These belts are often used in the bakery industry or in the production of confectionery and snacks.
The silicone conveyor belt is coated with silicone rubber and really comes into its own where temperature resistance is required, such as in cooling channels. Its non-stick properties are also a clear advantage wherever things get sticky.
The PVC conveyor belt, on the other hand, is an all-rounder, while our X-ray belt excels in packaging lines with pick robots thanks to its special properties.
We offer our woven belts in different weaves, which can be combined with impregnations and coatings. They can handle small deflection radii with ease.
